Duke Energy Intrastate Network, L.L.C; Notice of Filing

September 14, 1999.
    Take notice that on May 3, 1999, Duke Energy Intrastate Network, 
L.L.C (DEIN) filed a notification of DEIN's election of rates under 
Section 311 of the Natural Gas Policy Act (NGPA), pursuant to Section 
284.123(b)(1)(i)(A) of the Commission's Regulations. DEIN has included 
its Statement of Operating Conditions in the filing. DEIN has acquired 
a portion of Koch Midstream Services' transportation facilities in 
South Texas and will operate those facilities under Section 311(a)(2) 
of the NGPA.
    Any person desiring to participate in this rate proceeding must 
file a motion to intervene in accordance with Sections 385.211 and 
385.214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedures. All 
motions must be filed with the Secretary of the Commission within 
twelve days of the date of this notice. The notification of election of 
rates and the Statement of Operating Conditions is on file with the 
Commission and is available for public inspection.
