Notice of Intent To Grant Exclusive License: Applied Analysis 
Research Company

AGENCY: Department of the Navy, DOD.

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: The Department of the Navy hereby gives notice of its intent 
to grant to Applied Analysis Research Company a revocable, 
nonassignable, exclusive license to practice the government-owned 
inventions described in the following: U.S. Patent Number 5,619,432 
entitled Discriminate Reduction Data Processor and U.S. Patent Number 
5,652,713 entitled Discriminate Reduction Data Processing.

DATES: Anyone wishing to object to the grant of this license must file 
written objections along with supporting evidence, if any, not later 
than November 22, 1999.
