Monday, November 22, 1999, make the following correction:

Table 5. To Sec. 63.1103(d)-[Corrected]

    On page 63707, in Table 5 to Sec. 631103(d), in the second column, 
in the first line ``<gr-thn-eq>5'' should be added after ``contacts''.
