Service Reform Act of 1978, the members of the Internal Revenue 
Service's Senior Executive Service Performance Review Board for senior 
executives in the National Office are as follows:

Paul Cosgrave, Chief Information Officer
Dale Hart, Regional Commissioner Midstates Region
David Mader, Chief, Management and Finance
Thomas Smith, Program Executive for Organization Performance Management
