Notice of Cancellation of Public Meeting of the South Carolina 
Advisory Committee

    Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and 
regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, that a meeting of 
the South Carolina Advisory Committee to the Commission which was to 
have convened at 1 p.m. and adjourned at 5 p.m. on November 18, 1999, 
at the Adam's Mark Hotel, 1200 Hampton Street, Columbia, South 
Carolina, has been canceled.
    The original notice for the meeting was announced in the Federal 
Register on Monday, November 1, 1999, FR Doc. 99-28441, 64 FR, No. 210, 
p. 58807.
