ACTION: Notice of realty action, lease of public lands in gilpin county, colorado. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The following described land is being considered for lease under the authority of Section 302 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (43 U.S.C. 1732), and 43 CFR Part 2920 at no less than appraised fair market rental: 6th Principal Meridian, Colorado T. 3 S., R. 73 W., Section 13: SW\1/4\NW\1/4\ (2 parcels within) The two parcels, containing 0.94 acres, are isolated tracts of public land located within a parking facility owned by the City of Central, Colorado. This parking facility was developed by the City for use by gambling patrons. The parcels would be offered noncompetitively to the City under a 20-year renewable lease.
