EFFECTIVE DATE: January 25, 1999. SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the time limit for the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review of the antidumping order on stainless steel plate from Sweden covering the period June 1, 1997 through May 31, 1998. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Under section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act, as amended (the Act), the Department may extend the deadline for completion of an administrative review if its determines that it is not practicable to complete the review within the statutory time limit of 365 days. In the instant case, the Department has determined that is not practicable to complete the review within the statutory time limit. See Memorandum from Joseph A. Spetrini to Robert S. LaRussa (January 11, 1999). Therefore, in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act, the Department is extending the time limit for the preliminary results until June 30, 1999.
