The Committee will (1) discuss a project on ``Civil Rights Enforcement in New Jersey: An Evaluation of the State's Division of Civil Rights'', (2) review subcommittee work on employment discrimination against Asian American State government employees, (3) conduct planning for upcoming activity, and (4) listen to invited speakers give their views on significant civil rights issues affecting the Newark area and New Jersey.
