Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation; Notice of Meeting

February 2, 1999.
    At the request of U.S. Representative Bill Pascrell, Jr., of New 
Jersey, Commission staff will attend a meeting on February 8, 1999, to 
describe the Commission's environmental processes and procedures. The 
meeting will be held at the former Assembly of God Church in Nutley, 
New Jersey, located at the corner of Bloomfield and Milton Avenues. The 
meeting will begin at 8:00 PM and adjourn no later than 10:00 PM.
