That Notice established April 9, 1999, as the date set for replies. The Transpacific Stabilization Agreement has requested an extension of time to reply to the petition. TSA asks for a date at least 15 days following the latter of publication in the Federal Register or ``proper service'' by petitioner. Time to reply will be extended to April 13, 1999, which is 15 days following receipt of the petition by TSA's counsel. Replies shall be directed to the Secretary, Federal Maritime Commission, Washington, DC 20573-0001, shall consist of an original and 15 copies, and shall be served on counsel for Petitioner, Carlos Rodriguez, Esq., Carols Rodriguez & Associates, 1710 Rhode Island Avenue, NW., Washington, DC 20036.
