This declaration is further amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning on September 13, 1999 and continuing through September 26, 1999. In addition, applications for economic injury loans from small businesses located in the following contiguous counties in Virginia may be filed until the specified date at the previously designated location: Campbell (including the City of Lynchburg), Charlotte, Mecklenberg, Nottoway, and Pittsylvania (including the City of Danville). All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for filing applications for physical damage is November 16, 1999 and for economic injury the deadline is June 19, 2000.
