This declaration is further amended to establish the incident period for this disaster as beginning on September 16, 1999 and continuing through September 18, 1999. All counties contiguous to the above-named county have been previously declared. All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for filing applications for physical damage is November 16, 1999 and for economic injury the deadline is June 19, 2000.
