[Declaration of Disaster #3215; Amendment #1]

 
State of New Jersey

    In accordance with notices received from the Federal Emergency 
Management Agency dated September 18 and 28, 1999, the above-numbered 
Declaration is hereby amended to include Hunterdon County, New Jersey 
as a disaster area due to damages caused by Hurricane Floyd. This 
declaration is further amended to establish the incident period for 
this disaster as beginning on September 16, 1999 and continuing through 
September 18, 1999.
    All counties contiguous to the above-named county have been 
previously declared.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is November 16, 1999 and for 
economic injury the deadline is June 19, 2000.
