Description: The National Compensation Survey integrates three BLS programs: The Occupational Compensation Survey Program, the Employment Cost Index, and the Employee Benefits Survey. Data produced from this survey are critical in determining pay increases for Federal workers; in determining monetary policy; and for use by compensation administrators and researchers in the private sector.
