SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice of an emergency for the State of Florida is hereby amended to include the following areas among those areas determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of October 15, 1999, 1999: The counties of Brevard, Broward, Charlotte, Collier, Dade, DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Hillsborough, Indian River, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Martin, Monroe, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Palm Beach, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, St. Lucie, [[Page 57457]] Sarasota, Seminole, and Volusia for Categories A and B (debris removal and emergency protective measures) under the Public Assistance program (already designated for direct Federal assistance).
