Take notice that on March 10, 1999, Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation (Transco) filed a report reflecting the flow through of refunds received from CNG Transmission Corporation (CNG). On February 12, 1999, in accordance with Section 4 of its Rate Schedule LSS and Section 3 of its Rate Schedule GSS, Transco states that it refunded to its LSS and GSS customers $6,493,319.52 resulting from the estimated refund of CNG Transmission Corporation's Docket No. RP97-406, et al. The refund covers the period from January 1998 to December 1998. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed on or before March 22, 1999. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
