Take notice that Northern Natural Gas Company (Northern), on April 30, 1999, tendered for filing to become part of Northern's F.E.R.C. Gas Tariff, the following tariff sheets, proposed to be effective June 1, 1999: Fifth Revised Volume No. 1 Third Revised Sheet No. 125D Sixth Revised Sheet No. 144 The purpose of this filing is to modify Northern's FDD and IDD Rate Schedules applicable to firm and interruptible storage services by providing increased service flexibility through the addition of a Field Area point available for receipt and delivery of storage services. Copies of the filing were served upon the company's customers and interested State Commissions. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
