Take notice that on April 30, 1999, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company (Tennessee), P.O. Box 2511, Houston, Texas 77252, tendered for filing: (1) A copy of the transportation service agreement pursuant to Tennessee's Rate Schedule FT-A (Transportation Service Agreement) entered into by Tennessee and Caledonia Power I, L.L.C., (Caledonia), (2) a copy of the balancing agreement entered into by Tennessee and Caledonia (Balancing Agreement), (3) a copy of the Firm Transportation Discount Agreement entered into by Tennessee and Caledonia (``Discount Letter Agreement''), and (4) Third Revised Sheet No. 413 of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Fifth Revised Volume No. 1 (Volume No. 1 Tariff). Tennessee requests an effective date of June 1, 1999. Tennessee states that the Transportation Service Agreement and the Discount Letter Agreement reflect a negotiated rate arrangement between Tennessee and Caledonia for transportation under Rate Schedule FT-A to be effective June 1, 1999 through May 31, 2009. Tennessee also states that it is submitting the Transportation Service Agreement and the Discount Letter Agreement for Commission approval because the Discount Letter Agreement contains language which modifies the provisions of the Gas Transportation Agreement contained in Tennessee's Volume No. 1 Tariff.
