This meeting will be open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days. The meeting will focus on the potential usefulness of various neuroimaging modalities (e.g. MRI, MRS, fMRI, PET, SPECT) and biological markers (e.g. beta--amyloid, tau, inflammatory, oxidative) in the initial diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and in assessing disease progression and response to treatments. This particular workshop will not address genetic markers.
