Take notice that on February 16, 1999, Destin Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (Destin) filed revised standards of conduct in response to the Commission's February 1, 1999 Order on standards of Conduct. 86 FERC para. 61,092 (1999). Destin states that it served copies of the standards of conduct on each of its shippers and interested state commissioners. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C., 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 or 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 or 385.214).
