ACTION: Notice of extension of time limit. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce (the Department) is extending the time limit for the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review of Oil Country Tubular Goods from Mexico. This review covers the period August 1, 1996 through July 31, 1997. EFFECTIVE DATE: Janaury 20, 1999.
