State of Alabama (Amendment #1)

    The above-numbered declaration is being amended to extend the 
incident period for this disaster, which is hereby established as 
beginning on June 14 and continuing through June 30, 1999.
    All other information remains the same, i.e., the deadline for 
filing applications for physical damage is August 20, 1999 and for 
economic injury the deadline is March 21, 2000.
