ACTION: Notice of open meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: This notice announces a meeting of the Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board (EM SSAB), Rocky Flats. Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. No. 92-463, 86 Stat. 770) requires that public notice of these meetings be announced in the Federal Register. Tentative Agenda 1. Present and discuss building rubble disposition; 2. Review and approve the Actinide Migration Studies Technical Review Group's Request for Proposals for a technical advisor; and 3. Other Board business will be conducted as necessary. Public Participation: The meeting is open to the public. If you would like to file a written statement with the Committee you may do so either before or after the meeting. If you would like to make oral statements regarding any of the items on the agenda, you should contact Ken Korkia at the address or telephone number listed above. You must make your request for an oral statement at least 5 days before the meeting. We will try to include the presentation in the agenda.
