Take notice that on January 11, 1999, Iroquois Gas Transmission System, L.P. (Iroquois) tendered for filing the following tariff sheets proposed to become effective November 2, 1998: Second Substitute First Revised Sheet No. 60D Iroquois states that this sheet was submitted in compliance with the Commission's letter order issued on December 8, 1998 in Docket No. RP98-421-000, and replaces the tariff sheet which was submitted on December 23, 1998 in Docket No. RP98-421-002. The tariff sheet included herewith reflects changes in Iroquois notification to shippers of intra-day bumping. Iroquois states that copies of its filing were served on all jurisdictional customers and interested state regulatory agencies and all parties to the proceeding. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
