Permit No. TE-001075 Applicant: Marc Blain, Pasadena, California The applicant requests a permit amendment to take (harass by survey) the southwestern willow flycatcher (Empidonax traillil extimus) in conjunction with presence or absence surveys throughout Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Orange, Riverside, and San Diego Counties, California, for the purpose of enhancing its survival.
