AGENCY: Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

ACTION: Notice.

SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice of a major disaster for the 
State of Iowa (FEMA-1282-DR), dated July 22, 1999, and related 
determinations.

EFFECTIVE DATE: August 10, 1999.
