L. 100-418), the Department of Labor herein presents the results of an investigation regarding certification of eligibility to apply for worker adjustment assistance. The investigation was initiated in response to a petition received on November 22, 1999 and filed on behalf of workers at Lear Corp., Zanesville, Ohio. The investigation revealed that the petitioning group of workers is subject to an ongoing investigation for which a determination has not yet been issued (TA-W-37,033).
