SUMMARY: This notice announces a teleconference of the Secretary of Energy Advisory Board. The Federal Advisory Committee Act (Pub. L. 92- 463, 86 Stat. 770) requires that public notice of these meetings be announced in the Federal Register. The purpose of the teleconference is for members of two of the Board's subcommittees (the Openness Advisory Panel and the External Members of the Laboratory Operations Board) to discuss their review of the Department's policies and practices related to foreign visitors. On April 29, members from two of the Board's subcommittees will conduct a teleconference to discuss the Department's policies and practices related to foreign visitors.
