AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Proposed Rule; withdrawal.

SUMMARY: This document denies the allotment of Channel 268C2 at 
Kanarraville, Utah, in response to a petition filed by Victor A. 
Michael d/b/a Mountain West Broadcasting. See 64 FR 23254, November 30, 
1999. The Notice questioned community status and requested additional 
information. Based on the information supplied by petitioner, it was 
determined that Kanarraville did not qualify as a community for 
allotment purposes.
