ACTION: Notice. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The IRS Advisory Council (IRSAC) will hold a public meeting to present recommendations to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue about modernization planning and implementation for wage and investment, small business and self-employed and large and mid-size business taxpayers. Other topics to be discussed include the overall IRS modernization process, customer service programs, Y2K and the prime contract. DATES: The meeting will be held, Wednesday, November 10, 1999.
