4. Idaho Power Company

    Take notice that on January 6, 1999, Idaho Power Company (Idaho 
Power) submitted a letter notifying the Commission that it has posted 
revised organizational charts and job descriptions on its OASIS to 
comply with the Commission's November 13, 1998 Order on Standards of 
Conduct.<SUP>1</SUP>

protests should be filed on or before the comment date. Protests will 
be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action 
to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the 
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a motion to
