Wyoming Interstate Company, LTD; GRI Refund Report

June 30, 1999.
    Take notice that on June 25, 1999, Wyoming Interstate Company Ltd. 
(WIC) tendered for filing a refund report pursuant to Docket RP92-133-
001. WIC states that the filing and refund were made to comply with the 
Commission's Order dated August 28, 1992.
    On June 11, 1999, WIC states that it refunded to its transportation 
customers their respective share of the refunds received from GRI. WIC 
states that the report summarizes the refunds made by WIC to its 
transportation customers on June 11, 1999.
    WIC states that copies of the filing have been served upon WIC's 
transportation customers, interested state commissions and all parties 
to the proceeding.

    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, 
in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's 
Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed on or 
before July 8, 1999. Protests will be considered by the Commission in 
determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to 
make protestants parties to the proceedings. Any person wishing to 
become a party must file a motion to intervene. Copies of this filing 
are on file with the Commission and are available for public inspection 
in the Public Reference Room. This filing may be viewed on the web at
