Georgie Boy Manufacturing, Inc., Civil No. 1:99-CV-772, under section 113(b) of the Clean Air Act, 42 U.S.C. 7413(b). The proposed consent decree resolves certain claims of the United States against Georgie Boy, Manufacturing Inc. (``Georgie Boy''), arising out of its recreational vehicle manufacturing facility located in Edwardsburg, Cass County, Michigan. Under the proposed Consent Decree Georgie Boy will pay the United States a $99,000 penalty and perform a Supplemental Environmental Project (``SEP''). The Department of Justice will receive comments relating to the proposed Consent Decree for 30 days following publication of this Notice. Comments should be addressed to the Assistant Attorney General, Environment and Natural Resources Division, United States Department of Justice, P.O.
