Description of Amendment: The exemptee filed a Development Plan for increasing capacities at the Chicopee River Projects. In the plan, the exemptee proposes not to construct minimum flow turbines authorized by their exemptions, but to modify the existing generating equipment to achieve increases in installed capacities. The plan also includes additional work at the projects to comply with the required minimum flow releases. l.
