(transferor) and Adirondack Hydro Development Corporation (transferee) jointly request that all of the transferor's interest as a co-licensee for FERC Project, No. 10648 be transferred to the transferee. The transferor no longer desires to be a co-licensee and requests that the Commission approve the application to make the transferee the sole licensee for the Waterford Project. l.
