ACTION: Notice of meeting. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: The Council will meet at 1:00 pm, July 7, 1999 to select North American Wetlands Conservation Act (NAWCA) proposals for recommendation to the Migratory Bird Conservation Commission.
