Notice of Meeting; SAMHSA Special Emphasis Panels

    Pursuant to Pub. L. 92-463, notice is hereby given of the following 
meetings of the SAMHSA Special Emphasis Panels I in May 1999.
    A summary of the meeting and a roster of the members may be

    Substantive program information may be obtained from the individual

    The meeting will include the review, discussion and evaluation of
