Take notice that on March 30, 1999, with the United States Department of Energy's request for withdrawal of Bonneville's Petition for Expedited Declaratory Order Approving an Amendment to Bonneville's Open Access Transmission Tariff and for Exemption in Lieu of Filing Fee, filed with the Commission on March 23, 1999, noticed separately, Bonneville also filed a Petition for Expedited Declaratory Order that Proposed Amended Open Access Transmission Tariff Maintains Reciprocity Finding and For Exemption in Lieu of Filing Fee. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest such filing should file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and 385.214). All such motions and protests should be filed on or before April 19, 1999.
