The investigation revealed that an investigation was initiated on February 1, 1999 in response to a previous petition (TA-W-35,572), filed on behalf of workers at Don-Nan Pump & Supply Company, Inc. Midland, Texas. The workers produced oilfield rod pump parts and related oilfield parts. The investigation also revealed that criterion (3) had not been met and was denied on February 24, 1999.
