ACTION: Notice of change in meeting location.

SUMMARY: The meeting scheduled for September 30--October 1, 1999 in 
Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina has been moved due to structural 
damage. The new location for the meeting is in Virginia at the Hyatt 
Arlington, 1325 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, Va., (703) 525-1234. This 
meeting was announced in the Federal Register on August 18, 1999, 64 FR 
44912.
