Take notice that on December 30, 1998, KN Interstate Gas Transmission Co. (KNI) tendered for filing its annual reconciliation filing pursuant to Section 27 (Crediting of Excess Rate Schedule IT Revenue); Section 28 (Crediting of Excess Fixed Storage Cost Revenue); Section 34 (Crediting of Out of Path Zone Revenue); and Section 35 (Crediting of Imbalance Revenue) of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1-B. In addition, KNI submits herein its annual reconciliation filing with respect to the Buffalo Wallow system pursuant to Section 31 (Crediting of Excess Rate Schedule IT Revenue) of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1-D. KNI states that copies of this filing has been served upon all affected firm customers of KNI and applicable state agencies. Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with Sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such motions or protests must be filed on or before January 12, 1999.
