ACTION: Notice of meeting of the Global Criminal Justice Information 
Network Ad Hoc Bylaws Committee.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal 
Advisory Committee Act (Public Law 92-463), as amended, notice is 
hereby given that a meeting of the Global Criminal Justice Information 
Network Ad Hoc Bylaws Committee will be held on February 10, 1999. The 
Group will meet from 8:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Grand Hyatt Washington 
Hotel, located at 1000 H Street, NW., Washington, DC 20001. The Bylaws 
Committee will meet to determine the internal structure of the Global 
Advisory Committee in order to facilitate the accomplishment of its 
activities as identified under the National Performance Review's 
``Access America'' Initiative A07. This meeting will be open to the 
public. Any interested person must register two (2) weeks in advance of 
the meeting. Registrations will then be accepted on a space available

registrations have been accepted may be permitted to participate in the 
discussions at the discretion of the meeting chairman and with the 
approval of the DFE.
