This is the first general management plan for the preserve. This plan presents only broad strategies for resource management and visitor use. Two alternatives are presented: a proposal and a ``no action'' alternative representing a general continuation of existing conditions. DATES: A series of public meetings will be held in surrounding communities in the winter of 1999. Please consult with local newspapers for the times and locations or call the park for this information.
