Synopsis: The proposed modification authorizes the member lines to enter into individual service contracts. Agreement No.: 203-011432-002 Title: East Coast North America to West Coast of South America and Caribbean Cooperative Working Agreement Parties: APL Co. PTE Ltd. Crowley American Transport, Inc. Compania Chilena de Navegacion Interoceanica S.A. Compania Sud Americana de Vapores S.A. Synopsis: The proposed modification adds APL Co. PTE Ltd. and Crowley American Transport, Inc. as parties to the agreement, provides that the parties will initially deploy six vessels of about 1,700 TEUs per vessel, and makes other administrative and conforming amendments.
