ACTION: Proposed rule; reopening of the comment period. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- SUMMARY: EPA is reopening the comment period for a proposed rule published March 18, 1999 (64 FR 13375). On March 18, 1999, EPA proposed a limited approval and limited disapproval of revisions to the California State Implementation Plan controlling oxides of nitrogen emissions in the South Coast Air Quality Management District. This rule concerned South Coast Air Quality Management District Rule 1134. At the request of the South Coast Air Quality Management District, EPA is reopening the comment period. DATES: Comments must be received on or before May 19, 1999.
