Take notice that on April 28, 1999, Dynegy Midstream Pipeline, Inc. (DMP), 1000 Louisiana, Suite 5800, Houston, TX 77002, submitted for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets: First Revised Sheet No. 31 First Revised Sheet No. 199 DMP states that it is submitting these sheets in compliance with the March 31, 1999 Letter Order in the above-referenced proceeding approving a non-conforming service agreement with Kansas Gas Service Company. DMP states that the March 31 Order required DMP to reflect the non-conforming service agreement with Kansas Gas Service in its tariff. DMP requests waiver of the 30-day notice requirement so that these sheets may be made effective May 1, 1999. Any person desiring to protest this filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with section 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations. All such protests must be filed as provided in Section 154.210 of the Commission's Regulations. Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceedings.
