Notice of Prospective Patent License

AGENCY: National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

ACTION: Notice of prospective patent license.

SUMMARY: NASA hereby gives notice that Sprag-Tech L.L.C., of Denver, 
Colorado, has applied for a partially exclusive license to practice the 
inventions described in: U.S. Patent No. 5,482,144, entitled ``Three 
Dimensional Roller Locking Sprags;'' U.S. Patent No. 5,518,094, 
entitled ``Clutch/Brake Having Rectangular-Area-Contact-3-D Locking 
Sprags,'' and NASA Case No. GSC-13802-1, entitled ``3-D Sprag 
Ratcheting Tool.'' Each is assigned to the United States of America as 
represented by the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space 
Administration. Written objections to the prospective grant of the 
license should be sent to Goddard Space Flight Center.

DATES: Responses to this notice must be received by July 15, 1999.
