Description of the Application: PG & E requests approval to permit the construction of a marina containing 18 to 20 slips. The marina will be operated by an RV campground and will be used exclusively by its own residents. The proposed marina would be located across from Big Cove Resort's marina. All RV sites will be located outside the project boundary. k. Deadline for filing comments: 20 days from issuance date of this notice. l.
