Pacific Gas & Electric Co.; Notice of Settlement Conference

January 6, 1999.
    Take notice that a settlement conference will be convened in the 
subject proceedings commencing Tuesday, January 19, 1999, at 10 a.m. 
and continuing to Wednesday, January 20, 1999. The conference will be 
held at the offices of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 
First Street, NE., Washington, DC.
    Any party, as defined by 18 CFR 385.102(c), or any participant, as 
defined by 18 CFR 385.102 (b), may attend. A person wishing to become a 
party must move to intervene and receive intervenor status pursuant to 
Sec. 385.214 of the Commission's regulations.
