January 6, 1999.
    Take notice that on December 17, 1998, Ozark Gas Transmission L. L. 
C. (Ozark), filed as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume 1, 
the following revised tariff sheets, with a proposed effective date of 
November 1, 1998, all as more fully set forth in the application which 
is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.

    Ozark also filed a notice of cancellation of entire tariff of Ozark 
Gas Transmission System's FERC Gas Tariff.
    Ozark states that this filing is to comply with the Commission's 
order issued on December 2, 1998.
    Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should 
file a motion to intervene or protest with the Federal Energy 
Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in 
accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice 
and Procedure. All such motions or protests should be filed on or 
before January 13, 1999. Protests will be considered by the Commission 
in determining the appropriate action to be taken but will not serve to 
make the Protestants parties to the proceeding. Any person wishing to 
become a party to a proceeding must file a motion to intervene. Copies 
of this filing are on file with the Commission and are available for 
public inspection in the Public Reference Room.
