Sections 41102 and 41108, Part 201, and Subpart Q, applies for a new or amended Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (Open Entry Routes) authorizing Delta to provide scheduled foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between a point or points in the United States, on the one hand, and a point or points in each of the countries as listed in Exhibit A, on the other hand.
